Sexy bellydancers and snakes

While I was in California last week, I had the opportunity to shoot a couple gorgeous bellydancers at my super-sweet and uber talented friend Greg Bumatay's studio.
The fun and beautiful dancers are Perizad and Meliza Jackson whom I LOVED working with!

We used gels on the lighting to create a color and vignette against the black backdrop. I added texture to a few.

Nigerian Party!!

I was asked to photograph a 50th birthday party/25th anniversary party for a beautiful Nigerian couple last month in Phoenix.
Friends of Agnes' even came from Nigeria to celebrate with her.....some who haven't seen her in over 20 years!
I can't sum up the words for the party: As you'll see from the images, it was very religious, colorful, traditional, emotional and affectionate to say the least. Enjoy. :)
